It is summer time in my country coming. And it means that plenty of healthy and good stuff is growing in my garden. Here is an recipe that everyone can do. Even if You don’t have a home garden. You can get all necessary components in almost all grocery stores. Here's on of my favourite recipes that I like, but You can experiment with anything as long it is healthy, fresh and clean.

1/2 seedless cucumber
1/2 mug fresh pineapple or mango
1/2 large navel orange, peeled
1/2 lime, peeled
1/4 – 1/2 mug water
2 huge handfuls of fresh spinach

What to Do:

  • Cleave the cucumber, pineapple, orange, and lime into 1-inch pieces for simpler mixing.
  • Place the spinach in the blender container initially, accompanied by about 50% of alternate elements and ½ mug of water.
  • Secure the blender cover and begin off mixing at moderate pace. Beat if important to get things moving, then step by step expansion velocity to high.
  • Once the mixture is near being completely pureed, include the remaining fixings and keep on mixing. Just include extra water if needed.
  • Keep mixing until a large portion of the mash has vanished. This may take a couple of minutes.
  • If its all the same to you mash, simply put your juice straight into a glass and revel in!
  • In the event that you have to store your juice for later, put it into a sealed shut bricklayer container and keep it in the ice chest. Expend inside 8 hours for ideal freshness.
