Vegetarian recipes: "Hakka Noodles"


 Ingredients
1. Hakka noodles - 1 pack
2. Cabbage - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
3. Carrot - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
4. Capcicum - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
5. Onion - 1 small (finely chopped)
6. Ginger - garlic finely grated - 1 1/2 tsp
7. Spring onion - 1 tbsp
8. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
9. Red chilly sauce - 2 tsp
10. Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
 11. Salt
 12. Ajinomoto
13. Oil
1. Boil the noodles.
 2. Drain the water and keep aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan
4. Add ginger - garlic and saute for a minute.
5. Add onion. Cook on high flame and stir continuously.
6. Add cabbage and stir.
 7. Add carrot, capsicum, spring onion and a pinch of salt.
8. Add tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce and ajinomoto.
 9. Add the boiled noodles
10. Mix well and garnish with spring onion.
11. Piping hot hakka noodles are ready.
